Studio Policies

Welcome to LaraAlami.com, the official website of Alami Voice Studio. By enrolling in lessons or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Alami Voice Studio provides private voice lessons, audition preparation, and related educational services both in-person and online. Lesson availability is subject to scheduling and instructor discretion.

2. Lesson Scheduling & Packages

• Lessons are offered in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions.

3. Payment Policy

• Lessons must be prepaid monthly before the first lesson of each month.

• Payment secures the student’s time slot. Lessons are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Cancellation & Make-Up Policy

• 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule without charge.

• A missed lesson with proper notice will result in a make-up credit, which will be rolled into the following month or scheduled as availability allows.

• Make-up credits do not roll over indefinitely and must be used within 30 days.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.

• Tuition and lesson fees are non-refundable once paid. Credits may be applied toward future lessons at the instructor’s discretion.

6. Studio Etiquette

Students are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and with a respectful attitude. The instructor reserves the right to discontinue lessons in cases of repeated lateness, nonpayment, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (warm-ups, recordings, exercises, scores, etc.) are for personal student use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.
